Join Dr Karen O'Donnell, Academic Dean of Westcott House and recent author of Survival: Radical Spiritual Practices for Trauma Survivors, in a talk and conversation about the Song of Songs: Text, Trauma, Transformation.

There will be coffee from 10am, with the talk beginning at 10.30am. St Bene't's is wheelchair accessible, and an induction T-loop hearing aid system is in place.

Dr Karen O'Donnell is the Academic Dean at Westcott House and Affiliated Lecturer in Gender and Theology at Cambridge University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of the body and theology, and particularly in the experience of trauma. Her recent publications include Survival: Radical Spiritual Practices for Trauma Survivors (SCM Press, 2024) and The Dark Womb: Reconceiving Theology through Reproductive Loss (SCM Press, 2022). Karen is the Series Editor of Studies in Trauma Theology with SCM Press and the founder of the Feminist Theology Network.
