About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Facilitated by Joanna Taylor, this short workshop will explore the Wheel of Wellbeing, an holistic model developed by Prof. Carol Ryff.

This model helps to identify areas of a client's life where needs are not being met, and how this affects their lives and wellbeing. Recognising this can help the client to focus on what changes may need to be made, and see what other life contexts might also be impacted as a result.

Learning Objective Participants Can Expect From This Event

  • Exploring a useful, holistic model for sharing with clients.
  • Discovering how the different elements of our lives are interconnected, and how this impacts our wellbeing.
  • Learning how this model can also be useful in self-inquiry, to deepen our own self-awareness and avoid burnout.

Who is This Workshop Appropriate For?

  • Qualified and Student Coaches, Therapists and Supervisors, and anyone interested in developing their own self-awareness.

How May This Workshop Impact Your Practice?

  • Deepening the practitioner’s own self-awareness in the field of wellbeing can help to recognise, and avoid, burnout.
