Step 1: Start where you are: How to look at your BAU through a sustainability lens
Step 2: Get support: How to get buy in and help from others in the business
Step 3: Low hanging fruit: Where to look for quick, easy, small steps that have significant impact
Step 4: Think bigger: How to put together a 1 page plan that tackles larger or thornier issues
Step 5: Celebrate your wins: How to communicate your achievements internal and externally
By the end of the session you will:
Understand how to get started with sustainability
Know where to get quick wins and how to garner support from your colleagues
Have a method to tackle bigger issues without getting overwhelmed
See how effective communication can turn sustainability into something that's great for your business as well

What makes us who we are?
The Women's Sustainability Partnership membership group represents dynamic and passionate professionals both looking for, and offering, real support and mentorship for those working in...or passionate about...sustainability within their organisation and their lives. The group meet four times per year in an idylic location near Southampton, with membership open to those at the very beginning of their journey, through to those well traveled on this path. The group offers very real collaboration with networking, shared experiences and the opportunity to be inspired by great female presenters.

Membership Details
-Membership is for one person per organisation
-Members can invite 2 Guests per meeting bookable for each event (see ticket option)
-Members guests can be from their own organisation or other
-Membership includes refreshments and lunch at each meeting
-One time member introduction meeting (Try before you Buy - See ticket option)
-Membership represents 4 meetings (not 12 months from booking)
-Members are asked to commit to each meeting or to allocate representative
-Members invited to share information on the group to expand collaboration and support
-Members invited to put forward speaker/workshop ideas
