About This Session
Interval Training: A high-intensity workout at Tooting Athletics Track.
- Please arrive from 18:30 to allow time for sign-in.
- The session starts promptly at 19:00.
- These sessions are very popular, so if you arrive late, you may have to queue for check-in.
- Runners will be split into four groups according to their average 5k time: Green (30+ mins), Red (25 - 30 mins), Blue (22-25 mins) and Yellow (sub-22 mins).
How to Participate
All our sessions are free, but you must book a ticket via Eventbrite for each session you wish to attend. One ticket per person – if you’re booking for a friend, please ensure the second ticket is in their name.
Important Information
- By booking a place, you confirm that you are fit and well to participate in running and exercise.
- If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before attending.
- If you feel unwell during a session, stop exercising and inform the session lead.
- If you need to leave early, please let the session lead know.
- If you have any special requirements, please inform us in advance.

We have a roaming photographer capturing moments from our sessions to help promote the club. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organiser at the start of the session
What is Tooting Run Club (TRC)?
Tooting Run Club (TRC) is a free community running programme for beginner and intermediate runners aged 18 and over. Our aim is to encourage more local people to get active by providing a safe and supportive environment to exercise. Training with us can help improve your fitness, enhance your running times, introduce you to new people, and support your overall well-being.
