Note: To get the most out of this event, runners will need to have run at least 10K distance in the past two months. If you're new to running, returning after an injury or havent's completed more than 5K yet, please join our Wednesday evening social run instead.
How to Participate
All our sessions are free, but you must book a ticket via Eventbrite for each session you wish to attend. One ticket per person – if you’re booking for a friend, please ensure the second ticket is in their name.

Photography
We have a roaming photographer capturing moments from our sessions to help promote the club. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organiser at the start of the session

What is Tooting Run Club (TRC)?
Tooting Run Club (TRC) is a free community running programme for beginner and intermediate runners aged 18 and over. Our aim is to encourage more local people to get active by providing a safe and supportive environment to exercise. Training with us can help improve your fitness, enhance your running times, introduce you to new people, and support your overall well-being.
