In this workshop, we will create a unique fusion of Spanish Torrijas/ French Pain Perdu, infused in tigernuts (chufa) which has his origins in Africa. This innovative take on a classic dish will bring out the natural sweetness and nutty flavor of tiggernuts while maintaining the rich, custardy texture we love in these traditional treats.
