Step Up Week
Four Mile & Six Mile runs starting at Derby Rugby Club
Six Mile Groups (9.6 km)
- Bridging Six - Easy Pace (35 min Parkrun) - 6:55 pm start .
- 10 - 11 min/mile pace (32 min Parkrun) - 6:55 pm start.
- 8½ - 9½ min/mile pace (27 min Parkruun) - 7:00 pm start.
- 7 ½ - 8 min/mile pace (24 min Parkrun) - 7:05 pm start.
Four Mile Groups (6.4 km)
- 10 - 13 min/mile pace (39 min Parkrun) - 6:50 pm start.
The pace times shown are approximate, runners will muster on route to allow for range of speeds (faster runners will muster more) the Parkrun time is the middle of the range (note park run is 5km)
The start times are staggered to avoid congestion - Check the start time.
