Come along and join us for our twice-weekly face-to-face yoga sessions on Cambridge Biomedical Campus. You MUST book your place - there are no walk-ins to these events. If you have not registered, you will be turned away for security purposes.

Tuesdays 5.15pm til 6.30pm

and Wednesdays 5pm - 6pm (from February 2025)

**PLEASE NOTE THE TIME DIFFERENCE FOR TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY SESSIONS**

Please do not book more than four weeks in advance

The yoga classes are suitable for all levels including beginners with an emphasis on breath and body awareness to bring a meditative quality to the practice. These classes are intended to get you out of your head and into your body. Expect to move with your breath!

Pre-registration is required.

No special clothing required - just turn up in comfortable clothing with a yoga mat.

CBC Yoga is brought to you by CBC Ltd in collaboration with the HLRI and Lilly Zafer. These face-to-face sessions are for those who work on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
