Grab a bargin at our charity table where generous donations are put up for sale! Got BJD stuff you don't want and can't sell? Give it to a good cause! All proceeds to our chosen charity.

Photo Contest

Enter our themed photography contest for a chance to win some amazing prizes! Photos will be judged best in each category. £5 to enter, proceeds to the convention.

Costume Contest

About this event

The largest and most highly attended of our BJD events; this convention's theme will be The Fae Ball, so get your suits and gowns pressed for you and your dolls! Expect quizzes, raffles, talks, games, stalls and photo opportunties, as well as plenty of time to socialise and chat...and of course lots and lots of amazing BJDs! Our venue is the fantastic H Suite in Birmingham, easy to travel to with plenty of accomodation nearby. See you soon!

What size are the tables for vendors?

Tables are 6ft x3ft long.

How much are vendor applications?

Early bird vendor tickets are £50 and admit two people. Full priced tickets are £70 also admitting two people.

How much are tickets?

Early bird general tickets are available until October 2024 for £25. After this point, tickets will be £35.

Are tickets and vendor tickets refundable?

Sorry tickers and vendor tickets are non-refundable, but please use our Discord to sell your ticket to someone who might want it!

Can we buy and sell second-hand goods at your events?

Yes you can, but we will not be actively monitoring these sales so please proceed with caution. UKBJDCon cannot be held liable for any issues with purchases that occur at our events.
