When should we meet our guide?

Your guide, Chris Fozzard, will be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the walk to be ready for a prompt departure at the scheduled time.

How much walking will we do?

We will walk approximately 1.5 miles.

What should we bring to the event?

Please wear suitable footwear for walking and come prepared for current weather conditions.  We recommend you bring a bottle of drinking water.

Where can we park?

There is free car parking at the venue.

Is the venue and planned route fully accessible (without steps, rough ground, steep gradients)?

The village hall is fully accessible.  The route of the walk does include kerbs at road crossings and some poorly paved areas.

Is this event suitable for children?

While the event is intended for adults, older children interested in the history of Upton are welcome if accompanied.

Unfortunately, we are not able to welcome dogs on this event.
