About this event

These virtual drop-ins meetings are an opportunity for you to find out more about HS2, what it means for your local area and have your questions answered.

Each month during the virtual one to one's will discuss future and current tunnelling works for the Euston Tunnel, Northolt Tunnel East, Old Oak Common Tunnel and Northolt Tunnel West. You can book a 20-minute slot to talk with our engagement team from SCSJV on the following dates:


  • Tuesday 21 January, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 18 February, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 18 March, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 15 April, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 20 May, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 17 June, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 15 July, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 19 August, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 16 September, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 21 October, 3pm to 6pm
  • Tuesday 18 November, 3pm to 6pm

When registering for your 20-minute session you will be able to select to hear about one of the following Tunnels:

  • Euston Tunnel between the Old Oak Common in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and Euston Cavern Headhouse in the London Borough of Camden (If you would like to speak about the twin-bore tunnel between Euston Cavern Headhouse and Euston Station please contact the HS2 Helpdesk)
  • Northolt Tunnel East between the Victoria Road Crossover Box in Old Oak and Park Royal and the Greenpark Way ventilation shaft near Greenford station, both in the London Borough of Ealing
  • Old Oak Common Tunnel is a 360-metre section of tunnels between the Victoria Road Crossover Box and the Old Oak Common Station site.
  • Northolt Tunnel West between West Ruislip Portal in the London Borough of Hillingdon and the Greenpark Way ventilation shaft near Greenford station, in London Borough of Ealing

The one to one's will be undertaken on Microsoft Teams Meetings and once registered for your chosen slot, we will send you ‘Join Microsoft Teams Meeting’ link to join your meeting by laptop or mobile device.

Registration for these slots will close 24 hours before the event to allow us to send you dial in details ahead of your appointment.
