About this event

VIVA Fest started in 2022 at he request of our members who wanted to experience a music festival but the felt that traditionally these were inaccessible for people with learning disablities and other accessibility needs.

VIVA stands for Vision, Inclusion, Voice and Advocacy and aims to create opportunities through the festival for people with learning disabillities to feel included and interact with health and social care partners to have their voices heard and start to shape the future that they would like to see

Accessibility

The ICC is a fully accessible venue, including large lifts and changing places accessible toilets. If you have specific accessibility needs you would like to discuss with us then please get in touch so that we can aim to meet them on the day

Parking

The ICC has a large accessible car park and drop off point. There is a charge for the car park and details of this charge will be circulated nearer the event once we have negotiated a rate with the venue. Please get in touch if you have any specific parking needs you would like to discuss

Food and Drink

There will be food and drink available to purchase throughout the day. Food will consist of a variety of street food options and there will be coffee shops and a bars open throughout the venue. You are can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks with you.

Exhibitor Stalls

If you would like to have a stall at the festival to promote your organisation, please get in touch to order a stall holder pack and discuss your requirements
