ABOUT LERA
Lera is a higher level student of Vortex Healing (Deepening in Divinity and Manifesting Intention), and have been studying Vortex Healing since 2016. She's been meditating for over 10 years, initiually, as everyone does, experimenting with different practices, searching here and there, until she found what works for her. Advaita, tantra, chadao, Vortex Healing - are the practices she mostly resonates with, that make her tick.
She is also deelpy involved into the practice of The Way of Tea, using tea as daily medicine for the Mind, Body and Spirit, and holding tea ceremonies in different places, but mainly in London.
