Looking to get fitter, feel better, and have fun along the way? Join our Couch to 5K Beginners Running Course starting Wednesday 14th May, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, at Thornes Park Stadium.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after a break, this 9-week course is the perfect way to ease into running in a supportive and friendly environment.
What’s included: ✅ Weekly sessions led by a LiRF (Leadership in Running Fitness) qualified coach
✅ A safe and structured plan to build your confidence and stamina
✅ A chance to meet others just like you – and even connect with local running groups
✅ Free parking, plus access to toilets and changing facilities, tea, coffee, soft drinks available after each run
