Let's get away from our desks and into the fresh Tees Valley air - TOGETHER.

Assist and The Girls’ Network have teamed up to bring our business and professional women together, we value the opportunity to strengthen the connections with our regular walk and talker's and have the absolute pleasure to welcome new women on every walk.

We continue our 2025 tour of some great Tees Valley spots! What's not to like... we do visit some of our perfect parts of our region, we like to add a little variety some woodlands, rivers, a park and the coast.

We are hitting each of the 5 boroughs in the Tees Valley - Let's get NETWALKING.

We like to leave prompt as we only have an hour to Walk and Talk. We do use time after to hang around for a coffee or refreshing drink after our walk, if this is for you, you can continue your conversation and exchange contacts, and then it's time for the rest of the weekend to enjoy with our family, friends or some pleasant piece of 'me time'.

We welcome all to hang around a little after, taking the chance to get to know others you may have not had chance to speak to on the walk.

However no pressure, we are all busy and have much to be getting on with, the stay back is entirely optional.
