About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

Home to many rare plants and animals, in the spring Holborough begins to dry out and the calls of summer visitors return. It’s dawn chorus season, so this guided walk of the marshes should be accompanied by a lovely soundtrack.

This walk will take around 2.5 hours, covering a mix of tarmac pathways and uneven fields. Please ensure you wear comfortable, sturdy footwear and dress suitably for the weather conditions.

Please note there are no toilet facilities at the reserve, and no refreshments are available to purchase on site. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks, a bottle of water is recommended.

On occasion the weather, or other unexpected circumstances, may make it neccessary to cancel or postpone an event. If this is the case you will be offered an alternative date or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets if the event takes place but you choose not to attend.
