When booking your ticket, you’ll be asked to choose between Morning Entry (arrival from 11am) or Afternoon Entry (arrival from 1pm). This helps us manage expected attendance, but rest assured—you’re welcome to arrive at any time during the event! Our experience tells us that 11am – 12pm is the busiest time at our wedding fairs, so if you’d prefer a quieter, more relaxed visit, we recommend arriving after 1pm.


Note on parking: While the car park is spacious, we encourage car sharing to help ensure ample parking for everyone on the day. Some signage may mention paid parking, but you can ignore it! The venue has kindly arranged for free parking for all attendees on the day.

Yes absolutely! Brides, grooms, MOB's and MIL's, bridesmaids and beyond - everyone is welcome! Just make sure you book one ticket per person for super easy access on the day!

Free parking is available outside the hotel. We encourage car sharing to help ensure ample parking for everyone.

Is it free entry?

Yes, this is a free event for all! Although you can turn up on the day without booking a ticket, we do urge you to book your free tickets via Eventbrite in advance, to allow for a swift entrance and to let us know you're coming!

What time should I arrive?

Doors are open from 11am until 3pm, so you're welcome to arrive anytime between these times! Tickets are available for a morning or afternoon arrival, which simply helps us manage expected attendance, but rest assured—you’re welcome to arrive at any time during the event!
