*T&Cs - The VIP Goody Bag is only available to the first 20 entrants through the door at the fayre. The entrant must have pre-registered online via the website or Eventbrite and be able to show a valid ticket. 1 bag per wedding party. Please note, these goody bags are put together at the cost of the organiser and we ask that this kind gesture is not abused. Bags are reserved for those who are engaged and getting married.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to register to attend?

Yes, we encourage you to register to attend in advance in order for us to control the number of people in the venue at one time. You can turn up on the day, however we will ask you to provide details to register

Do I need to have tickets for everyone attending?

Yes, please select the number of tickets for the number of people attending with you. Don’t worry if some can’t make it or you have an extra one or two in your party.

Can children attend?

Yes, Children are more than welcome to attend the fayres. We have activity books and colouring pens available at the registration desk if you need to occupy your children. There is seating available by the coffee bar. Children must be supervised at all times.

Will there be refreshments available?

Yes, the bar will be open serving snacks, hot and cold drinks. Some venues will also be serving alchohol. Charges apply.

Is there parking?

Yes, at all of our events we provide free parking.

Is this venue accessible?

Yes, this venue is on the ground floor level and has step-free access. Disabled parking bays are available.

How can I get a VIP Goody Bag?

In order to get a VIP Goody Bag you will need to have registered for a 11am ticket and be the first in the queue. The VIP Goody Bag is only available to the first 20 entrants through the door at the fayre. The entrant must have pre-registered online via the website or Eventbrite and be able to sho

Will I still get a goody bag if I miss out on the VIP Goody Bag?

All entrants are supplied with a free copy of Your Wedding Day Magazine in a carrier bag accompanied by a small handful of leaflets.

What time does the event finish?

The event closes at 3pm. Last entry for guests is at 2.15pm

I can’t make the time slot on my ticket, can I come later?

Yes, most certainly. If you have registered for a 11am ticket but are unable to get to the venue for 11am you are more than welcome to enter any time after your allocated time slot.

Can I arrive early?

You are welcome to arrive earlier than your registered ticket, however, you maybe asked to wait as the venues can only hold a certain number of guests. Entry is strictly from 11am. No earlier entry is permitted.

What wedding suppliers can I expect to see at the event?

At this event we will have approximately 40 wedding suppliers attending from a range of categories. We try our best to ensure we have your wedding essentials along with some great ideas. Take a look at our socials for a sneak preview of some of the wedding suppliers that will be attending.
