CRYNODEB/RHAGLEN
O dan fframwaith sefydliadol y Memorandwm Cyd-ddealltwriaeth (MoU) a lofnodwyd rhwng Llywodraethau Cymru a Gwlad y Basg, mae Gweithdy 'Cydweithio rhwng Cymru a Gwlad y Basg (O'r Gwyddorau Cymdeithasol Trawsddisgyblaethol) a ariennir gan Gymdeithas Ddysgedig Cymru o dan gynllun grant 2022-23 yn cyflwyno tri nod.
1. Dod â rhanddeiliaid allweddol o Gymru a Gwlad y Basg ynghyd
2. Sefydlu rhwydwaith strategol a all barhau drwy gydol y cyfnod.
3. Yn y pen draw, amlinellu agenda polisi/ymchwil posibl ar Wyddorau Cymdeithasol Trawsddisgyblaethol yn deillio o ddatblygiadau cyfredol yn y ddwy wlad fach trwy dair graddfa diriogaethol gydgysylltiedig:
a. MACRO (Datganoli): Trwy fyfyrio ar y cyd ar yr heriau presennol o amgylch economi wleidyddol diriogaethol.
b. MESO (Trawsnewidiadau Trefol): Trwy ddysgu oddi wrth ein gilydd am ddatblygiadau cyfredol yng Nghaerdydd a Bilbao trwy brosiectau trefol blaenllaw SPARK ac AS FABRIK.
c. MICRO (Datblygiadau Arloesol ar Lawr Gwlad): Trwy nodi datblygiadau arloesol ar lawr gwlad yn ecosystemau tiriogaethol y ddwy wlad fach, gan ganolbwyntio’n benodol ar yr economi sylfaen ddigidol a (data/platfform) cydweithredol a yrrir gan ddatblygiadau arloesol ar lawr gwlad.

SYNOPSIS/PROGRAMME
Under the institutional framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Welsh and Basque Governments, the ‘Wales & Basque Cooperation (From Transdisciplinary Social Sciences) Workshop funded by The Learned Society of Wales under the grant scheme 2022-23 presents three goals.
1. To gather key stakeholders from Wales and the Basque Country
2. To establish a strategic network that may remain over the time.
3. To ultimately outline a potential policy/research agenda on Transdisciplinary Social Sciences stemming from current developments in both small nations through three intertwined territorial scales:
a. MACRO (Devolution): By jointly reflecting on current challenges around territorial political economy.
b. MESO (Urban Transformations): By learning from each other on current developments in Cardiff and Bilbao through SPARK and AS FABRIK flagship urban projects.
c. MICRO (Grassroots Innovations): By identifying grassroots innovations in the territorial ecosystems of both small nations, particularly focusing on digital foundation economy and (data/platform) cooperativism driven by grassroots innovations.
