There will be expert speakers from Millbrook Healthcare, West Sussex County Council (WSCC) and Sussex Community Foundation Trust (SCFT) who will be sharing their knowledge and experiences to give prescribers essential information about the equipment service and their responsibilities within the context of the CES contract.
Community equipment enables people to stay in their own homes, or return to their own homes quicker, avoiding the number of people requiring long-term care. We are excited to see you there!
You will be given the opportunity to ask questions through the messaging and hands up function and we will do our best to answer them then, but if we don’t get time, we will ensure the answers are sent out afterwards.
