Come join us on Friday 2nd May for a fun and empowering netwalking event for women and men in logistics. Connect with like-minded professionals, take part in engaging discussions and support Transaid - our charity partner, in collaboration with Multimodal.
Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned pro, this event is perfect for networking and building relationships.
Meeting at Leamington Spa station at 8am (or for a shorter walk at Hatton Locks Cafe at 10am) we will walk along the Grand Union Canal Path towards the NEC , about 16 miles in total - but you don't have to do it all!. We are supporting Multimodal’s Robert Jervis who to walking the inland waterways from Fulham to to the NEC in Birmingham. The route is flat, with joining or drop-off points. We welcome people to join us for a part, or all of this section of the walk. Walking boots and weather-appropriate gear are recommended. We’ll also enjoy a networking lunch. We can arrange trains, taxis or lifts to get back to where we started.
The event is free to attend but lunch is at your own cost. Everyone is welcome – come alone or with colleagues!
Robert’s route will take him past Stockley Park, Cowley, Uxbridge, Rickmansworth, Watford, Kings Langley, Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Weedon, Daventry, Southam, Leamington Spa, Warwick and Solihull. He welcomes all support!
