What should I bring?

Wetsuit (or use one provided by us!), 
Suitable footwear (wetsuit shoes or old trainers that can get wet), 
Sunscreen, 
Water bottle, 
Positive attitude and a thirst for adventure!

What should I Expect?

We'll introduce you to hydrofoils, how they work, and proper use. How to begin to master the techniques needed to get up and foiling. We'll cover crucial topics like kit setup, getting upwind, and safely navigating back to shore.

Question 3

Why is windy  better?

Accepted Answer

Although it's possible to learn how to handle the wing in most conditions, hydrofoiling requires power in the wing and some speed, so we only run our Wing foiling courses when there is enough wind.
