Join our welcoming Women's Peer Support Group – a safe, supportive space where women can share experiences, listen, and connect with others who understand mental health challenges.

What to Expect

Our sessions are professionally facilitated and thoughtfully structured over 2 hours:

  • A warm welcome and group agreements to ensure everyone feels respected
  • Open, flowing conversations on topics that matter to you
  • Mid-session break with tea and refreshments
  • Closing reflection to gather thoughts and insights

Our Approach

Whether you prefer to actively participate or simply listen, there's no pressure. Our conversations evolve naturally, covering diverse themes like self-care, relationships, anxiety, friendship, and whatever matters most to the group that day.
