A day dedicated to creativity, relaxation, and connection in nature. Set within the stunning grounds of Rydal Hall, with flowing streams and woodland surroundings, this retreat offers a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.
Schedule
9:30 AM – Welcome drinks and introduction
10:15 AM – Flow Yoga (or a fibre-based alternative)
11:00 AM – Refreshments (Included in price)
11:30 AM – Painting session with Mary from Arts & Souls Workshops
1:00 PM – Two-course lunch (Included in price)
2:00 – 4:30 PM – Crafternoon in the woods, working with found fibres
4:30 PM – Closing reflections with refreshments
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing for movement
Yoga mat
Water bottle and reusable cup
Sunglasses or a waterproof layer
A cozy indoor space will be available if needed.
