Do I need to bring a mat?

Yes, please bring a mat and any props you may need.

I am new to Yoga, can I still come?

Yes! This class is suitable for all levels and is a safe space for people from all walks of life. Please make sure you listen to your body throughout the class and modify the posture as suggested by Isabelle if you need to.

I am pregnant, can I come?

Congratulations! As I am not trained to teach pre-natal, I kindly ask you to refrain from coming to my classes until you feel ready post pregnancy. I would also encourage you to find a suitable pre-natal yoga teacher in the meantime :)

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. It’s advised to not wear socks during the class for better grip on the mat but please feel free to bring socks and warm clothing for Savasana (lying down relaxation posture at the end of the class).
