This yoga day retreat is open to all, no prior experience of yoga necessary, Come and be nurtured and supported so that you can connect to what is truly important to you.
Things to bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Warm / comfortable Clothes/ lots of layers
-Blanket for Relaxation
- Comfy Walking Shoes
- Anything for extra comfort- pillows!
