Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

All equipment is provided. We have mats and blocks for yoga, and cushions and blankets for the sound bath.

What do I need to wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can easily sit and move in. Joggers or leggings are suitable for yoga, and a sweatshirt and socks will keep you cosy for the sound bath. We have storage tubs if you'd like to bring clothes to change into for your lunch in Brighton.
