New writers can find the maze of publishing confusing and overwhelming so let us help you navigate your path to publishing your next (or first) book.

Have you ever felt confused or overwhelmed with the different options?

Is the route to traditional publishing open to new writers in the Christian market?

How much does it cost to self-publish?

What is hybrid publishing and is it another form of vanity publishing?

Do you need an agent for the Christian market?

Can Christians write successfully for the secular marketplace?

All these questions plus any others you wish to ask will be pitched to our panel of experts, including publishers, agents and authors.

See below:

Vanessa Grossett is a Literary Manager at The Authors Care Agency Ltd. Her authors reside from across the globe and include USA Today bestseller Parker J. Cole, award-winning Ola Awonbui, and renowned gospel artist Lloyd Wade, who was an X-Factor finalist. The list continues to grow. Vanessa has a degree in journalism and is skilled in public relations. She was once an intern in a publishing house as an editorial assistant, and it made her realise that she preferred to be an agent. She believed this was more of a God-given calling. Vanessa is also a columnist for Keep The Faith Magazine and writes regularly concerning the publishing industry. She will be releasing her non-fiction book for authors later during the year. www.theauthorscareagency.co.uk.

Amy Scott Robinson is an editor for Kevin Mayhew Publishers as well as authoring her own books, including books and resources for BRF Ministries, Kevin Mayhew and Engage Worship. She also writes books for children, and is a regular contributor to the Church Times. Amy lives in Bury St Edmunds, where she is married to the vicar of St Mary's. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging around in medieval churches, practising ventriloquism and playing the cello. www.kevinmayhew.com

Nicki Copeland manages the day-to-day running of Instant Apostle publishers, as well as her freelance editing and proofreading projects. As a writer, copy editor and publisher, she's familiar with all sides of the publishing process.

Rachel Knowles writes faith-based Regency romance and historical non-fiction. She lives in Weymouth with her husband Andrew. They have four daughters and a growing number of grandchildren. She has experience of both traditional and independent publishing.

Lydia is an author, editor, proofreader and marketing professional. She's been a member of ACW since 2019 and having published three novels, Lydia works with authors and publishers to improve their manuscripts and offers specialised social media and marketing services. Most recently, Lydia has been working part-time for Malcolm Down and Sarah Grace Publishing heading up their digital and brand marketing, as well as occasionally acting as a commissioning editor for their fiction titles. When Lydia isn't writing, editing or getting up to antics on social media, you'll find her reading in a coffee shop, playing netball, at a church leadership meeting or finding her 'rest' by hanging out with friends.

Natasha Woodcraft lives in slightly crumbling farmhouse in Lincolnshire with her family of boys and animals. She believes stories have power to communicate deep truth and transform lives. Her published novels explore God's redemptive purposes for ordinary, messy people living in biblical times. Natasha is on the team at Broad Place Publishing, a new, exciting enterprise offering publishing services and self-publishing help to those writing Jesus-centred books.
