Housing Training
This training will be delivered by Sue James of H&F Law Centre
The training will cover:
- Possession proceedings
- Warrants for eviction
- Homeless reviews of L.A. decisions
Sue will focus on how to identify cases that should be referred to the Law Centre.
Immigration Training
This training will be delivered by Surinder Matharu of H&F Law Centre
The training will cover:
- Overview of immigration issues that are covered by legal aid
- Chargeable services that H&F Law Centre can provide
This combined course is suitable for Advice Station volunteers of varying experience levels.
The combined course will be 2 hours and 15 minutes long.
