Therapeutic Kneads, Ltd. is a professional massage therapy center located in Downtown Highland Park, IL and has been in business for over 28 years. Sandy Saldano has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist for almost 40 years and employs a dozen massage therapists that perform clinical and therapeutic massage. She currently sits on the IL State Licensing Board for Massage Therapy and the IL Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association and gives back to local charities and the community through various volunteer projects. Therapeutic Kneads participates in many community activities and is a member of the Highland Park Chamber, as well as, a Downtown Highland Park Alliance Board and HP Chamber Board alum. Involvement within the community is vital for the existence and survival of Therapeutic Kneads

Their mission is to educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and to assist their home, self-care by working as a healthcare partner towards their individual wellness goals. To promote wellness and natural health within the community, Therapeutic Kneads is very active in hosting and participating in local events for the health and vibrancy of the place in which their clients live and their business thrives.
