Kimberly Vap is a Senior Loan Officer and Reverse Mortgage Specialist at CMS Mortgage Solutions in Virginia Beach, VA. With over twenty years experience in the mortgage industry, she has been originating loans since 2011.

After seeing her senior clients struggle to make decisions about their mortgage and home financing that will be sustainable through this phase of their life, Kim saw a need to educate her clients and their support community about their options. In 2025, Kimberly launched Silver Lining Solutions, a branch of her mortgage business focused on educating and providing personalized solutions to seniors and their families.
