Platinum Care Disability Services is a trusted NDIS provider, We’re all about helping people with disability live independently, safely, and with dignity at home and in the community. We started Circle of Friends because we saw a real gap in the market for genuine, person centred connections especially for carers who often face social isolation. Many services focus only on individuals, but we recognised that meaningful friendships, social inclusion, and having a sense of belonging are just as important for overall wellbeing for everyone.

There was a clear need for a space where people could come together, build confidence, form real connections, and simply enjoy life without pressure or judgement. Circle of Friends Family Support Group was created to fill that gap by offering inclusive group activities, safe social spaces, and opportunities for families to connect in a way that feels natural and empowering.

In addition to our group programs, we also provide individual supports tailored to each NDIS Participants goals and needs. Whether it's building daily living skills, accessing the community, or working towards personal development goals, we offer flexible, one on one supports designed to promote independence and confidence.

At its core, Circle of Friends Family Support Group is about creating real opportunities for people to thrive socially, emotionally, and personally.
