Aaron DeHart - Loan Officer

Aaron DeHart has been a mortgage loan originator since 2003 and specializes in the VA home loan. He has successfully funded over 3000VA loans in his career and has helped more than 4000 families purchase a home or save money with strategic refinances. He has a unique passion and desire to help veterans by utilizing education and videos within his system.

Aaron bases his entire business on the book “Raving Fans” and believes the home buying experience should be unique to each individual family. It is his goal to help 200 veteran families a year obtain the dream of homeownership by utilizing their VA benefits which is their right.

He believes the more proper education that can be provided to veterans, the better we can serve them.

He is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento and AFROTC Detachment 88.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys flying, playing music, spending time with his children Bella and Cameron and working out. He is also a huge movie buff who enjoys a giant bowl of popcorn and Reese’s pieces (Thanks to the classic film ET) He is married to his lovely wife Kim.

He also enjoys teaching social media classes and providing proper information to prospective home buyers on the proper way to prepare financially to purchase a home.
