Hi I am Adi from Adi's Urban Mushrooms, a not-for-profit registered company limited by guarantee. As a Social Enterprise, the company is funded solely through the sale of products (fresh gourmet mushrooms, grow kits, tinctures and other mushroom products) and services (cultivation and growing workshops and guided foraging walks). As non-profit company all profits go back into the company.

My mission is to share the love for mushrooms and fungi by creating a mushroom community, share learning and equipment and enable others to cultivate and forage mushrooms. In 2023, I founded The South London Mushroom Club for local mushroom enthusiasts. We come together and engage in fun activities and share stories and experiences, creating new ones and making connections! If you are interested in fungi then this is the place for you. I'm here to share my knowledge and passion with you. If you're eager to grow your own mushrooms at home, I offer workshops and grow kits, perfect for both beginners and seasoned enthusiasts alike. Do you fancy learning about foraging for wild edible mushrooms? I learnt from the best trained mushroom controllers in Switzerland and have over 40 years' foraging experience. At the Remakery in Camberwell/Brixton, I cultivate mushrooms with the utmost care, ensuring you get nothing but the freshest and tastiest varieties at local farmers' market. My Oyster and Lion's Mane mushrooms are produced locally and you can have them on your plate within 24 hours of harvesting. And if there are any extras, I transform them into the most delicious mushroom jerky you'll ever taste. I also produce much loved mushroom tinctures following best practice when creating double extractions with 100% fruiting bodies. You can find me regularly at South London Farmers' Markets.

As a firm believer in social justice, I've made Adi's Urban Mushrooms a not-for-profit enterprise, dedicated to supporting people from all walks of life in their mushroom-growing journey. I take immense joy in collaborating with community gardens, uniting people through our shared love for nature.
