Tailored HR Support – a minimum of 3 hours contract per year, with the flexibility to ‘top up’ hours if required. There is a competitively priced fee for all new clients to receive a comprehensive HR audit with our MCIPD qualified consultants, Kate or Nicola – you will receive a legally compliant set of policies and procedures, HR operations manual and personalised report. We also offer a consultancy service, which is ideal for one-off specific or complex employment issues.

Efficient Payroll Service – if you’re employing 1 to 150 employees, then let our payroll experts, Nigel and Steve, take the pressure out of payroll. We offer 2 options – 1, efficient and accurate payroll calculations, including pensions, HMRC and other third-party payments or 2, calculations and payments. The second option ensures the correct calculations are processed, but payment is also made on your behalf working on a float basis.

Secure DBS Checks – we are a counter-signatory registered body working in partnership with the largest provider of criminal records checks in the UK. We offer Basic, Standard and Enhanced online checks and a Standard and Enhanced paper-based service. Our team, Will and Liz have years of experience supporting small and large businesses to get the right checks for their teams.
