Clarissa Shepherd-Hayes

Clarissa Shepherd-Hayes, AKA the Pilates Mamii, is a Club Pilates Master Trainer and a Barre Master Trainer. She is the author of "Sage Does Pilates", a picture book that introduces children to fun, safe, and age-appropriate Pilates exercises. Clarissa specializes in perinatal Pilates, Pilates for children, and Pilates for athletes, but her clients come from all walks of life. She offers private classes in her Sterling studio, as well as virtual lessons and special programming for adults and children. Clarissa resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two young children.
