About CollegeMode Academy & the Founder
We are a premier college access organization that helps families secure college funding through financial aid and scholarships. We prepare students to become rock star college and scholarship applicants by building their leadership, communication, academic, career, and personal skill sets. We have assisted students in getting millions of dollars in scholarship offers and grants.
Tandy Caraway has been helping students excel academically and reach their educational goals by using student-focused strategies for more than 20 years. Her passion and tenacity has earned her national and local accolades from organizations such as the WhiteAmerican Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence, Future Business Leaders of America, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Community Improvement Organization, United Teachers of Dade, and the Florida Senate.
Caraway is an avid believer in giving back to the community. She has helped launch multiple organizations for youth development and coordinated service-learning programs for students to continue giving back to the community while learning workforce readiness and life skills.
With CollegeMode, Tandy helps families avoid student loans and college debt by transforming college-bound teens into super attractive college admission candidates and scholarship applicants who are empowered to take advantage of all college opportunities available to them.

After being recognized by the Bradenton Herald as Best All-Around Athlete for the county, Valerie headed to the State College of Florida with enough scholarships to cover all of her expenses! CollegeMode helped Valerie with overall college prep including course advice in middle school.

Project Continue, a service project for suicide prevention, was the brainchild of Jasmine. It earned her scholarship money and Recognition from the Miami Herald newspaper. Jasmine headed to Bethune Cookman University with more than $64,000 in scholarship awards! CollegeMode assisted Jasmine with overall college prep including planning Project Continue and mentoring.
