January 1st, 2025, 10:51 am ET: Happy New Year! Events By Vic is in the process of permanently deleting our online presence from Eventbrite, and moving to other online platforms that are more transparent, accessible, affordable, and user-friendly for both our Event Attendees and our company. Our goal is to permanently transition and post all online advertising and ticket sales for all our upcoming events and trips no later than January 20th, 2025.
In December 2024, we launched our new website, eventsbyvic.com - Get Excited! We are working with our IT professionals to transform our new website into a more alluring and engaging space by providing more details about our upcoming events and trips, as well as adding photos and videos from the hundreds of international trips and events we've hosted since 2011 :-) We are working hard to transition all online advertising and ticketing for all future events and trips on platforms such as AllEvents, Humanitix, & Ticketleap.

Founded October 2019 in Southern New Jersey, Events By Vic is a hospitality management company that specializes in event planning, event management, event production, event marketing, event budgeting, event ticketing, event staffing, event catering, event entertainment, and event execution. We also specialize in creating lovely tablescapes, catering, decorating services, furniture rentals, A/V equipment rentals, DJs, gift baskets, and other event essentials tailored to meet our clients' needs.
In September 2020, Events By Vic relocated to Northern Virginia (20 minutes from Washington, DC), where we are currently based. In addition to building, planning, managing, and hosting group trips domestically and around the world, Events By Vic plans, designs, manages, hosts, promotes and produces events for both individual clients and the general public in the Washington, DC area and beyond. Events By Vic is a female- and minority-owned and operated business.
With licensed Travel Agents on staff, Events By Vic is also a tour operator company that partners with individuals and other tour operators and vendors from around the world to provide our clients with top-notch, customized, travel planning, concierge, and travel coordination services. We help clients around the world, plan, manage, budget, book, and promote their trips, both local and global, and we also sell travel insurance for flights, cruises, tours, excursions, and solo travel. Since 2016, our licensed Travel Agent, Vic F., Owner and Founder of Events By Vic, has planned, managed, led and hosted group trips ranging from 5 - 50 people to destinations and experiences such as the Philadelphia Flower Show, Monster Mania Con, New York Fashion Week, The American Black Film Festival, Myrtle Beach, Martha's Vineyard, Atlantic City, Parx Casino, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Baltimore, MD, Williamsburg, VA, The Devon Horse Show, Wisp Resort, Massanutten Resort, and the Paris 2024 Olympics. From January 2025 - June 2026, we are preparing for our upcoming trips New York Fashion Week, Williamsburg, VA, Massanutten Resort, our April 2025 Trip to Spain, our Summer 2025 Trip to Turkiye, our February 2026 Trip to the Winter Olympics in Milano Cortina, Italy, and the FIFA World Cup in Los Angeles Summer 2026.
Events By Vic organizes, manages, promotes, and hosts fun, classy, elevated, upscale, and memorable events and experiences such as seminars, retreats, conferences, group trips, and guided tours in the US, France, Spain, and other locations around the world. When it comes to planning experiences and excursions, we are not limited by geography.
