I have years of experience of the mental health system, both as a service user and service provider and I deliver Mental Health First Aid England courses, addiction awareness and diversity & inclusion (with a strong emphasis on anti-racism) training courses through my company All About The Mind.

I am also an associate trainer for Mental Health First Aid England, Rethink Mental Illness, Mental Health UK and Grassroots Suicide Prevention. And deliver Mental Health First Aid England courses (and more) on their behalf to a wide variety of clients including the Met Police, the London Fire Brigade, social work teams, schools (state & private) CAMHS, CMHT, SPA teams, over10 London Boroughs, Bright Futures, Home Start and charities across all sectors such as Advance, AGE UK, Stonewall, Single Homeless Project etc. I have also delivered many courses in other sectors including construction, television/media.
