Jenny Purrett

I have a passion for drawing and I aim to create an art class experience that helps you to tap into and build on your own creative skills. In 2020, I established DRAW studios in Northumberland, just 20 miles from the centre of Newcastle. It is a welcoming, friendly, supportive place where people come together to draw.

If you haven’t drawn for a long time or think that you can’t, I’ll give you the boost you need to get you started. If you are an art graduate or practising artist, I’ll provide exciting, creative challenges for you. All art classes are geared to all levels of drawing experience with the focus always on enjoyment of the drawing process and learning from each other.

Class sizes are limited which means that you can have a calm experience and the input and attention you want. Here's a couple of comments from two of my DRAW students:
