Julian Maurice

Julian Maurice has been running a business for 14-years, refurbishing and furnishing properties for property investors, private individuals, corporate investors, Hotel Groups and blue-chip developers. While Julian often carries out high-end domestic refurbishments, he specialises in working with investors, creating stunning interiors on low-budgets delivered to specific timescales.  

Julian has applied his skill set into the HMO model, the net result has been a solid and consistent demand for his rooms, increased rental incomes, better quality tenants and very low tenant churn with no void periods. More recently Julian has produced The HMO Design Manual for Landlords, and now other investors have had access to and are able to replicate his design systems accross the UK.
