About Us

Part of Livewell Southwest, we are commissioned, supported and funded by Plymouth City Council. We provide free programmes to businesses and communities in Plymouth such as our Wellbeing at Work Awards, Wellbeing Champions and Wellbeing Training. We also offer free NHS Health Checks, networking opportunities, health and wellbeing resources, workshops and an annual Health, Wellbeing and Networking Event for individuals living and working in Plymouth with a passion for wellbeing.
