Born from Melany and Aaron’s shared passion for coffee and culinary arts, we launched with weekend pop-ups in Spring 2024—winning fans and local love from influencers and community bloggers who came to try our signature craft cold brew coffee.
-We prioritize sustainability by sourcing our coffee beans locally, supporting Toronto-based roasters, creating an artisanal, premium product. With in-house ingredient production and a commitment to natural, high-quality ingredients, we minimize our environmental impact while supporting local economies. Our cold brew is subtly sweetened with less than 1g of brown sugar per 8oz bottle and accented with a touch of citrus for a smooth, balanced, and sophisticated flavour.
