We are the mental health recovery education service in HSE Mid West.

We work with communities in Limerick, Clare & North Tipperary to provide an educational programme on mental health recovery & well-being.

We are hybrid education service offering a range of free courses online via Zoom and in-person across the Mid West region.

Anyone over the age of 18 with an interest in mental health and well-being can sign up for our workshops.

What Makes Mid West ARIES Courses Different?

All of our courses are co-produced and co-delivered. These means that all of our learning content has been developed collaboratively with people with lived experience of mental health issues, their families/carers/supporters and staff working in the mental health services.
