No Limits is an award-winning, local, independent charity providing a unique combination of prevention, early intervention and crisis support to young people, based on a nationally evidenced model.

We offer free information, advice, counselling and support through a range of services available ‘under one roof’ to children & young people under the age of 26 in Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton.

Whatever your issue, whether it’s around mental health, housing and homelessness, sexual health, substance use, money, or anything else, our trained youth workers are available to support, advise and educate you, helping you to grow in confidence, manage your life and build a brighter future.
