RetrofitWorks

RetrofitWorks is a mission-driven cooperative that aims to lower energy bills, create healthy homes, and accelerate net zero through decarbonising the domestic built environment. Our overarching objective is to make retrofit and energy-efficiency installations easy and accessible for householders.

Through our cooperative model, we collaborate with local contractors, installers, builders (SMEs), community groups, local authorities, and homeowners. We are owned and directed by our membership of community-based organisations and regional supply chains, and our primary function is to co-design, host, and deliver domestic energy efficiency and retrofit schemes and programmes.

RetrofitWorks is an experienced delivery partner for grant-funded schemes such as GLA Warmer Homes, SHDF, HUG, LADs, and ECO. We have several brands across the UK, such as Cosy Homes Oxfordshire, Your Home Better, Warmer Sussex, and Ecofurb, which also provide homeowner-funded retrofit services to the growing 'able-to-pay' market.
