I've been practicing physiotherapy for 28 years within the Army and more recently as a civilian practitioner in the MOD. My passion is optimising people to move whether it be after an injury, a chronic illness or a disability. This why I have created Resistance Pilatchi using all my experience in the rehabilitation field. It is essentially a new way to exercise using secured resistance bands safely attached to your hands using a comfortable palm glove, and to your feet using a looped foot strap to allow your feet to safely move freely in all planes of movement. We allow different heights to attach the bands to and different colours of escalating resistance from yellow to red and then green as the most resistant. We also have some blue and black bands for those who feel they are extra strong!
