We’re a tight-knit community of Shotokan devotees committed to forging discipline, skill, and camaraderie through regular training.

Led by high-ranking Kenyan black belts and occasional visiting masters, our sessions delve into kihon (fundamentals), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring)—all while honoring Shotokan’s timeless spirit.

We welcome everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners, challenging each member to push their limits and grow in both technique and mindset.
