Attention. Gays, girls, theys and allies. Manchester’s gayest run club just entered the chat... Run don't walk, the North just got a whole lot gayer.

SLAY WITH J INTRODUCES STRIDE & SLAY: a free 6km run club to your favourite anthems through the streets of 0161. Afterwards, enjoy music from the dj decks in the garden of The Pollen Club with refreshments from PKB (with dissy).

OUR MISSION:

>To uplift queer visibility in Manchester through movement, music, wellness, and community.

>To create a safe, joyful space for the gays and girls, the LGBTQIA+ fam, and all our allies to move our bodies, break a sweat, and feel good—together.

>To grow friendships and build a community where the door is always open. All sexualities, gender identities, and expressions are celebrated.

>To offer a sober space where we can be a little silly, a little sweaty, and a lot ourselves.

>To carve out a sense of home in a city where it’s easy to feel a little lost or lonely sometimes.
