Soul Forest Experiences

Soul Forest Experiences, led by Dov Cowan, a trained Outdoor Mindfulness Practitioner, and meditation teacher with over 12 years experience, will see you being guided through a series of activities that use the healing powers of the outdoors to help you re-balance your mind and body. The sessions last 2.5 hours and finish with some tea and a chance to reflect before heading back home.
